4. Ložišća Bell Tower
As you drive through the west side of the island, you will suddenly come across a magnificent bell tower that adorns the small village of Ložišća. Apart from the beauty, you may also be intrigued by the story of how the bell tower was built.
5. Palm Avenue Sutivan
Some will see just an ordinary street, but true photo experts will spot an opportunity for a great picture of a beautiful alley with palm trees that stretches on both sides all the way to the sea.
6. Gažul
This rural household was built over 200 years ago for shepherds and sheep who sought grazing during the summer months. Today, Gažul is a perfect place to taste Brač lamb culinary specialities.
7. Stonemasonry School in Pučišća
If you want to see the amazing handmade sculptures made of Brač stone and learn how they are created, head to Pučišća. What makes this school so special is the fact that it is the only school in this part of Europe that teaches the technique and tools used by ancient Roman stonemasons.
8. Museum of Island Brač in Škrip
Even if you don’t like museums this one will make you pick up your camera. The island’s regional museum is located in a stone tower with white roofs built on the foundations of a Roman mausoleum, and the courtyard is surrounded by Illyrian ramparts.
9. Dol
This small village near Postira is a living monument of some long-gone and forgotten times. Just this, one picture will show you how people lived on the island Brač 100 or more years ago.
10. Parish church complex in Supetar
The complex of the parish church with the bell tower, the clock tower (Leroj), the church museum and the old primary school building form a unique photo opportunity.
