The largest Brač windmill

Above Dračevica is the largest windmill on Brač from the 18th century, which ground grain from the entire island.

Brač was known for its windmills, out of a total of about 800 windmills in Croatia from that period, there were 125 on our island.

Unfortunately, today there is not a single windmill which is fully preserved.
