Hrapoćuša is a famous local cake from Dol. It is named after a unique topping that looks like a rough stone from which local caves were built.
The cake is made of a thick biscuit made of nuts, and the filling is made of large pieces of walnuts mixed with egg white.
The cake is on the list of the intangible cultural heritage of the Republic of Croatia and every year on August 14, the locals organize a festival called Hrapoćuša Night, in honour of the cake.
