Bol celebrates its day on the feast of Our Lady of Snow.
On the day when, according to legend, snow fell in Bol. Maybe it wouldn’t be so unreal if it weren’t on August 5th.
On that day, the whole Croatia celebrates Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day, so it is especially festive.
The fair in Bol lasts all day and various events are held throughout the place from the local fair with fine food and live music on the seafront.
