Supetar will celebrate its Town Day and the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul from June 27 to 29 with a three-day program featuring culture, art, tradition and live music. This year's festivities will be marked by the opening of the newly renovated Ivan Rendić Park, the unveiling of a new artistic mosaic, and a concert by Croatian pop star Danijela Martinović on the Supetar waterfront.

The program begins on Saturday, June 27, with the official opening of the newly renovated central waterfront park, which will be named Ivan Rendić Park. The park honours Ivan Rendić, regarded as the founder of modern Croatian sculpture and one of the most important artists that Brač has contributed to Croatian culture. Although born in Imotski, Rendić grew up in Supetar and spent a significant part of his life there. At the centre of the park stands his bronze bust, while the park itself is set to become a new venue for cultural events and public gatherings.

On Sunday, June 28, at 8:00 PM, a mosaic titled "Written in Stone" will be unveiled in front of the Town Hall. Created by academic painter and graphic artist Zejna Trebotić Kušeta, the artwork is the result of a collaboration between the towns of Vela Luka and Supetar. Composed of 50,000 stone pieces, it tells a story of local history, identity and love for the town.

Later that evening, at 8:30 PM, the newly opened Ivan Rendić Park will host its first cultural event. The Fascination Quartet will perform a program that combines classical elegance with modern arrangements. The audience can look forward to interpretations of timeless hits by ABBA, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, Nat King Cole, Bruno Mars, John Legend, Harry Styles and Oliver Dragojević.

The central celebration takes place on Monday, June 29, the Feast Day of Saints Peter and Paul, the patron saints of Supetar. The program includes a ceremonial Town Council session with public awards, a festive Mass and a traditional procession through the town.

The evening festivities on the waterfront will feature entertainment for all generations, including music by DJ Pajo, a concert by one of Croatia's best-known pop singers Danijela Martinović, and a performance by the Brač-based band Naranča, which will bring the celebration to a lively close.

The three-day celebration of Supetar Town Day and the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul combines tradition, art and music, once again highlighting Supetar's role as the cultural and social centre of the island of Brač.
