All summer long, every day from 12 to 6 PM, Milna and its surrounding villages turn into a culinary stage – with five themed gastro routes, authentic local dishes, and prizes for the most loyal tasters.

The Milna Gastro Tour offers a new way to discover Brač – through flavours. This daily summer programme from 12 to 6 PM runs across restaurants in Milna, Bobovišća, and nearby villages.

Visitors can choose between five themed routes: seafood, meat, traditional Dalmatian lunch (marenda), a mixed route for the indecisive, or a more immersive experience route combining gastronomy and setting.
Each restaurant offers traditional Brač and Dalmatian dishes at promotional prices. Every meal earns you a stamp – collect enough, and you can win tasty rewards.

The seafood route “Tastes of Milna’s Sea” brings dishes like fish stew (gregada), risottos, and grilled scampi – served at Restaurant Bago and Iliryan.

The “From Hearth to Plate” meat route is all about slow-cooked classics – peka, lamb, and traditional meat dishes found at Konoba Kantun and Zalogajnica Dišpet.

“Milna’s Marenda” celebrates hot Dalmatian comfort dishes served by the spoonful – try them at Konoba & Pizzeria Slika and Cocktail, Wine & Food Bar Fjaka.

The “All on the Table” route is designed for the indecisive: a mix of sea and land, featuring grilled fish with chard, homemade soup, pašticada, lamb, shrimp risotto, or cuttlefish black risotto. Try them at Konoba Gajeta, Restaurant Palma, Food Bar Pantera, and Restaurant Navigare.

Looking for peace? “Off-the-Grid Route” includes restaurants outside the centre where food meets atmosphere, because on Brač, meals are slow and every moment is savoured. Discover Konoba Nono Deslav and Konoba Vala.

Milna’s Gastro Tour connects local flavours, stories, and atmosphere, inviting you to explore the island, plate by plate.
