The International Symposium on Croatian and Adriatic Olive Oil will take place from September 16 to 18, 2025, in Postira on Brač Island. The program gathers experts, producers, and olive oil lovers to exchange knowledge, showcase innovations, and promote the cultural heritage of olive oil production in the region.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops, lectures, and tastings of premium olive oils, with a special focus on local producers presenting their products to both domestic and international audiences.
The symposium also offers networking opportunities for professionals and enthusiasts, sharing experiences on sustainable practices and emerging trends in olive oil production.
Organisers emphasise the importance of preserving tradition and quality in Adriatic olive oil, highlighting Postira as a place that blends cultural heritage with modern gastronomic innovations.
